the newspaper deal works, I know a shop that does restoration, and they use it when polishing up stuff.

Having helped my parents run 2 car lots I know that news papers are the best for cleaning windows. They cut thru anything better than paper towels and leave very little chance of streaking!
Also with 2 kids who have to touch the screen to show you everything i have tons of fingerprints on me screen!
