Today's Injuries

We're starting the new workout for benchpress so today was light. 10x90 10x100 10x115 10x125 10x135
I max at 180 so the weight wasn't really a struggle so my friend wasn't really paying attention to spotting me. So at my 6th rep of my last set he starts tellin a joke.
"Why did Michael Jackson call Boys2Men?"

So I lock my arms on the 9th just as he dlivers the punchline.

"He thought it was a delivery service!"

I laugh so hard the weight just flat out drops. It still hurts to breathe and I can barely move without lots of pain.

And wait! There's more!

When I went to the teacher to tell him what happened another friend decides to get me back for messin with him last week. He comes up out of nowhere and gives me a titty twister, the material of my shirt cases a few bits of nipple skin to come off.

So I've got a hurt chest and a nipple injury >.<

........damn, 180 pounds on your chest.... wasn't it a rough landing?... i've had 240 nail me..... that hurts... luckily i threw what wheight was coming down off to the side.....
