Man Sues Cable Company because he's addicted
"Cable TV made a West Bend man addicted to TV, caused his wife to be overweight and his kids to be lazy, he says.
And he’s threatening to sue the cable company. Timothy Dumouchel of West Bend wants $5,000 or three computers, and a lifetime supply of free Internet service from Charter Communications to settle what he says will be a small claims suit. Dumouchel blames Charter for his TV addiction, his wife’s 50-pound weight gain and his children’s being “lazy channel surfers,” according to a Fond du Lac police report."  [JK]but wherever it happend its a load of crap. the cable company should just laugh in his face..NO ONE forces him to have cable tv and no one forces his fat arsed family to watch it all day either ! i personally dont think he has a leg to stand on (legally)

Although, this is ludacris. Americans, along with this guy (wherever he is from), seem to want anyone besides themselves to take care of their responsibilities. Why doesn't this guy just ask some retainer to perform all his bodily functions for him too? A prime example of why we need to be preaching responsibility...for ourselves. |

Charter internet...That's a southern california company isn't it? Not only is he an American, he's a Californian like me! But seriously, people here......I just wanna carry a stick to randomly smack someone who says something stupid because it happens so much. Anyways, I think there should be something against this. Not just to throw it out, but to fine people for even trying to file a lawsuit like this. All it does is clutter the court system!

And then Americans wonder why everybody else in the world thinks that we are a joke. Duh!
What we gotta do is stop raising our kids with this self-superiority complex that they think they can do whatever they want without having any responsibility, you know why people around the world hate Americans I will tell you why even when I was 6 years old living in Poland I could spot an American tourist from a mile away just by how they carry themselves with the attitude " I am better than you, I can do whatever I want beacuse God made me an American so I can treat everybody like shit" and If you dont belive me than truthfully ask anybody which was born in another country. United States has become a country where nobody is held accountable for anything anymore. Like is says in my sig lets remove all the warning labels and let the problem take care of itself!
