To Zardon and DH Family.

Sorry people but, ...whats up with this online war...

For the past days i have come here and all i can here is KS this KS that...then its insulting people, flame fest starting, lawsuits....

I think people are taking this and making it like theres no tomorrow...its not the end of the world...KS is getting want he wants out of this all, that is, free publicity. People ho have never tried their drivers and that never heard of them (lets just say ALOT) are gonna try them know because of all this mess. The best we all can do is ignore the guy, recomend some therapists for him, let ATI handle it on a nice "legal" way, same thing for the people he insulted, (OMEGA and Zardon come to mind) and finally ignore the litle kid, cuz he is just a litle kid that probably never got the atention he needed while he was growing up, thats why he needs all the atention he can get. The worst thing we can do is act like him, do not go down to his level, WE PROUD MEMBERS OF THIS COMUNITY ARE BETHER THAN THAT. Lets show the online comunity that we do not suport this kind of behaving.Lets start to act like the adults that we are!!! DH should not fuel any stupid war, i think this is not what DH is all about, lets not become anouther R3D!! ZARDON PLEASE READ!!!!

P.S. This is not meant to hurt anyone, this is just my views as a member of what is happening.

I have to agree, it is out of hand, and perhaps it causes more ripples in the big pond than we care to imagine, this fellow has his loyal supporters as well, I think DNA drivers will stand on their own merits, but I dont use them, in fact I dont tweak anymore, but you have to respect someone for trying something, albiet under the primace that the drivers were "stolen" or copied.

I am afraid that it is the province of the staff, if it is a violation of rules in these forums. It is up to each and every member to make that decision to exercise good taste or not. If you really reach back into the archives you will find that the matter of DNA and Killer Sneak has been handled professionally as well, I believe some fun at this fellows expense will not harm him one bit, as you said earlier, but again I can see both sides of the coin. In some small measure it is an aspect of the community we subscribe to when we visit everyday. I think this fellow will survive the slings and arrows that are born against him.

remember these guys are "tweaking" drivers, not "making" them....i just thought id clear that up.

and like alot of people, based on Killersneaks bad attitude and lack of professionalism i would never try his driver set. Omegas i do try out, and probably always will! (although im using official 3.10 cats. atm)

I'm glad more people know about killerthief- he is after all an admitted thief and everyone should that uses "his" drivers should know that, I'm sure allot more people do now. Plus it's pretty entertaining, and he deserves everything he gets.

the points regarding the modded ati drivers have been made already, and we have ascertained quite a few things from it. I am not stopping people discussing it on the forums if they wish to do so, but im not posting anything else about it myself - certainly no more editiorials. There are several independent driver tests from some forum members in progress so if these are interesting they will be published, after all we are a driver site and im sure alot of people find this informative.

I would hardly say its an "online war" - I sat for many months taking crap regarding my good friend omegadrive, from reading personal insults about him - and then finding double figure fake accounts spreading propoganda - if some people dont find this newsworthy and we should ignore it then im sorry, I feel it was necessary to tell people the facts, and ive received quite a few emails from people saying they will not install his drivers after seeing the person behind the drivers, so it has been successful and hopefully some people have been spared hosed systems.

I hope this has answered mainmans questions so ill close this thread, thanks
