OMG - this takes it right out of you!!!

Just back from a Silver expedition - exhausted and aching everywhere from my lower back down - one blister on my right heal - both my big toes are unbelievably sore - and the sole of my feet mean I cannot walk properly - my legs have tensed up so much it's hard to take more than 20cm in one stride and steps - omg - lol
