Neigbors and their evil/heathern kids are drive me nuts

My upstairs neigbors and their freaking kids are drive me nuts inbeteen the occasional loud music and playing of a set of dums (was above the liveing room, now it's been moved above my bedroom).... they like to totally trashing the out outside patio thowing stuff off and tossing thier junk down..

Hubcab, platic car, cup , silver wear, cheap neclace, oil container, empty toohbrush package

pice of wood with nails in it and misc crap, plastic file drawer

this was a while ago .... Of course our lease requres we keep the out side clean to a point and will most likely yry to charge us $30 if they find it this way (they never have) I don't know what to do I don't wan't to start a "complaining war" but this is going over the line...It not just the kids it's the adults too...

I spent alot of time cleaning up ,swept the portch off etc, clean as could be on monday, grilled out tuesday was still super clean, I look out the window wensday and this is what i see....

what apear to be kittly litter, but it's afully gainy for that, socks

pencils and misc debree, and this is just the stuff i can make out in these photo's.....

another time i don't have picks but the entire porth was coverd in play do and clay like what apears to be catlittler now only in a larger amount and dried on....

After school the little punk play out side my bedroom window (other side of building) and I can't say much about that but when i used to work nights and sleep days they used to wake me up alot..

What ever thier doing it's mabe intentional or not but something has to be done... I thought about bagging this junk up nd leaving it on their upstairs door mat (out side of the bag lol)

...clean it up once... twice... and on the 3rd time.. call it quits..... from then on.... you can use those photo's (use before...after... and then after again).... give em to the dudes that rest out the appartments... and volla... you cut from troubles...

Obviously the only solution is to lure the kids to your place with candy. Cover the floor and furniture with plastic and take out your handy baseball bat and make sure they learn their lesson

Then when the bloodbath is over, roll up the plastic and throw it away into your nearest big dumpster at a fast food place.

Get out some ladders, attach a couple of the smelliest fish you can find and attach them to the wall underneath their window. Throw rotten eggs at their door and leave milk that has turned all over the floor outside their door.

Retaliation only gives them a case against you. When it's something as serious as this - concerning your home. Take no chances, build your case with evidence. Video if you can get it. and present to the landlord (apartment owner). If he doesn't want to take any action look into what the local authorities can do.

Every state has some landlord and tenant laws, with all the evidance you have all you to have to do is send your landlord a certified letter at least three times and if they still dont do anything about it then in majority of the states you can legally break the lease with no penalties, also contact you city tenant council majority will have some lawyers which work pro-bono on these types of cases, and one more thing EVIDANCE IS EVERYTHING PICTURES,VIDEO, ALL DOCUMENTS !!! trust me on this one I went through this shit before. Also if it comes to breaking the lease make sure you have the landlords signature on a document that states that you are by law allowed to break the lease and that he cant file anything negative against you and get a COPY OF A COPY OF COPY OF EVERY FREAKING DOCUMENT and this comes from personal experiance.Good Luck.

same for the noise(s) upstars and the lovely sound of children sounding like their about to end up in my liveing room. inbween the stomping and very loud thuds, sometimes i wonder what the sam hell they are doing up there...

i her what sounds like a cross between a paint mixer and dryer for long peroids of time but it's not overly load, kinda sounds like a back vibrator on the floor (by they way they chose not to carpet up there)

most of the time is nothing i pay attention to and some times it gets really annoying

in all fairness i think you should try to confront the people living above you, but instead of naging on the door and screaming at them, simply ask them to refrain from what they are doing, ie noise and litter, and if they are insolent to you, then take it to the landlord/autorities
