Breaking news in the michael jackson case!

In the previous dropped lawsuit it was never known just how much was paid out to get the case dropped. Meaning what he paid the family in out of court settlement to get the molestation case drooped. Per California law at the time if the accuser doesn’t testify they can’t be made to and the case is dropped. It’s a loop hole Michael Jackson has used more then once! (This is the 3rd or 4th time MJ’s been accused). The California law makers fixed the loop hole that’s why he’s on trial now other wise he’d have another walk…

Check this out!

The boy was paid 15.3 million+ ($15,300,000+) paid to the boy accuser (family got it)
The lawyer was paid $5 million + their expenses/fee’s

The agreement also stated it wasn’t an admition of guilt or any wrong doing ad that they would keep silent about the whole ordeal and the agreement!

Yes that's true....but i think it isn't very good that, if you have enough money you can buy your way out of trouble.
That was what i meant about the "only in America" comment....
However...i don't know enough about the Us legalsystem, so i'll shut up know...
