vcr still has its uses
DVD recorders are expensive, and so is the medium - when compared to a VCR

a vcr/dvd dual recorder is a nice product though

but my setup at home is dvd player and digital dvd running to a switch, connected to the VCR (for recording) and then the video of the VCR is sent to the tv, and the audio is sent to the stereo - my dad still doesn't understand wtf i did

I've never owned a VCR or DVD player, and don't own a T.V. anymore, I just watch my DVDs on my computer.
