Google sued by SearchKing; a googlebomber is angry!

Personally I find the idea of this lawsuit insane and totally based in fantasy, but it looks like this spammer is really going thru with it.

He'd have a leg to stand on, IF google was a required service and not a privately held website.

Interesting, but even more interesting is that you're searching & reading Law stuff. Might I ask what's up with that?

I agree w/your thoughts on the matter & it'll prolly be thrown out as a 'frivolous action'. I wonder what code they cited to file the suit.

Law is just another hobby-thing of mine; like psychology, sociology, & computers.

My mother started law school when I was 15, so I got some interesting exposure to it. (She's gotten out of law and into banking, I THINK that's an improvement....) Blame Earl Stanley Gardner, I'm a huge Perry Mason addict.

I grew up watching Perry Mason & my mother (81yrs old) is a working ParaLegal! The apple didn't fall far from the tree, either.
