people have gone retarded cuz everything is available everywhere at low cost prices or no price at all... remember the old days when your dad fixed the TV by himself just so that he can save some money on service repairs... well, in the process of fixing it, he would find out some valuable things about how TVs work (even if he made it even worse in the end LOL

so, i have jury duty. normally, i'd try and postpone it and stuff because of school or w/e. but, this time i didn't. i have classes on tuesdays from 1pm to 10pm and then work at 3:30pm every week day but tuesdays (because of class).

so, going into jury duty i came in hoping that i would just sit in the waiting room for the 2hrs. or w/e hoping to be on the "short list" of people and be dismissed. that wasn't the case for me. i have been selected to be a juror for this trial.

i just hope that if i get called up for a new job at one of the places i've interviewed at last week, that they're understanding of what's going on. oh, and also, my mov in date to my new pad is getting closer...

i have one question: why do people buy notebooks with preinstalled Vista when they know that they are not gonna like what they see... WHY...? just buy a clean one and install XP (or have someone install it for you)... :S

cos you'd be surprised just how many people wouldn't even entertain the idea of installing an OS themselves, or let anybody other than a paid professional do it either for that matter.
