Okay, what I was thinking wouldn't apply then. have you ever tried a good octane booster? Todays gas is crap

that octane booster is crap. it doesnt raise octane by 1-2 like it says. in reality, it raises it by .01-.02 points.

i could run a 50/50 mix of 93 and 105, but ive been running 93 for years with out issue. this is somehitng thats just come up in the last few weeks for some reason.

Ali, I'm really sorry to hear that, I hope that you're feeling alright. I had my own lesson in how fragile human life is, a lad I know died and was buried last week, less than 10 days short of his twenty fifth birthday.

He was diagnosed with thyroid cancer about two years ago, he underwent a surgery and had completely clean scans early this year, but the illness quickly returned and progressed very rapidly.

On a less grim note, I just bought a new monitor (BenQ G2220HDA) because I thought my old CRT was starting to give up as the picture was shaking. It turned out that the socket it was plugged into was giving bad current so the LCD was shaking as well. Now I feel a little dumb and guilty, but I have so much more space when I fire up NetBeans that I'm starting to feel a little better. Also, gaming in 1920*1080 looks

compared to 1280*960.

idk about "giving up one dh" is right phrase. but, it's my least visited forum now. i've found other forums i visit first before i visit dh. i know people know that i'm not around nearly as much anymore, and that when i do come back, it's typically to this thread. although, i do venture off and read other threads that have been recently posted and if i find something worth posting, then i'll post in a thread

Just got back from my first driving lesson

It went really well, my instructor ian was really impressed that i was able to drive the car smoothly despite it was wet and it was a LOT heavier than my own.

Reet chuffed as they say round my neck of the woods

Lol the first time i drove anything other than my little car i felt like i was behind the controls of a tank, it was awesome

My mum's gonna get the brakes looked at on my car because they've gone all spongy, they still work fine but they're not the same as they used to be apparently.
I've gotten used to the spongyness though so driving something (basically anything) with better brakes than my car feels like i've hit a brick wall if i'm not used to stopping subtly with them (Aka without slamming passenger's face into the dash)

Finally was able to watch the film Antichrist. I thought it was fantastic. Cinematography doesn't get much better than that, that's for damn sure.

Certainly not for everyone, especially if you're not open-minded.

yup, it's a great movie, although a weird one..

Well , in extreme cases when you have a lot of work to do , it can't be done in another time and you fell sleepy just take a cup of coffee.

if you are super tired and/or sleepy, then you need to have 3 to 4 times the amount of coffee you would normally drink, plus one of those 5 hour energy drinks. you'll be shaking like no other, but you'll be up and not feeling tired for another 24 hours!

British coffee's got practically no caffeine in it, i can drink gallons and not shake the slightest bit. I've naturally got trouble sleeping between about 7pm and 4am so that's my productive time when i get coursework done or make stuff, work on hW ect

I'd say it meets on the fine line between pretentiousness and having some kind of truth to it. But I really like that, as it's not so clear cut as to what is what.

And I think many critics missed the point of it entirely. But, like I stated, it's either hit or miss for people.
