Come to think of it I haven't had a headache for about 6 months now.

I get them quite frequently. Usually about once a week. Though, migraines are about once a month.

Last time I had a headache I had a really bad flu, before that it could have been a year since I had one.

Maybe you just have more on your plate than me, I don't really have anyone to worry about besides myself.

Not sure if it's because of having too much on my plate. I mean, I do work full time, go to school full time, and raise a family and all, but I don't think that's too much for me to handle. It could be money stress too? IDK.

Honestly though, I don't think that's the case for me since I've had headaches and migraines since I was a little kid. I remember having them since I was as young as 6 or 7 years old.

Also, looking at that Goody's page. It must either be a South thing or an East Coast thing. I've never heard or seen of them here in California.

it mostly is a South / MidWest thing first and then NorthEast.
it's the only thing that works for me within a certain time frame.
they are that good.
I too have gotten headaches since a kid and taking Tylenol or Aleave doesn't work quite like Goodys.
With Goodys you can take them and keep going no need to rest or give the meds time to work.
they'll kick in and fight the headache no matter what.
even if I do not have any Goody powders then if straight aspirin then I chew them up into powdered form before I swallow just like they were Goodys.
something about the already powder form really really helps.

do I need to by a few packs and send them to you.
also what does tracking say about package sent.?

I've noticed something weird lately, my mum started buying decaff coffee instead of regular coffee. Been drinking it for the last few weeks and i've been feeling loads better for it, so weird. My skin's a lot clearer than it used to be (i wasn't spotty just... unhealthy looking xD), does caffeine mess with your skin?

It wouldn't surprise me. I used to be someone who required tea or coffee to be human in the morning, but since I got out of the habit about 18 months ago, I'm more awake now than I ever was before.

I occasionally still drink coffee for that reason, or for a late-night worksheet/essay crisis. Trouble is, because I'm not used to it anymore, I can't sleep for about 8 hours afterwards.

ditto blibbax I used to be a 5 cup a day coffee drinker, am glad i kicked that habit, it wasn't healthy at all ..

just sat down with a fresh pot of coffee, and this is the first thing i open :P

and mouse, the only real reason coffee would be bad for your skin is because it acts as a diuretic, so has a tendency to dehydrate you slightly, which obviously isn't good for your skin

Yes.... caffine messes with tons of things...

Things in moderation and of course sometimes is really REALLY dependant on the person too.

Between smoking (nicotine) and caffine, it can turn the skin very yellow or spotty or brown, some people have a reaction to it that can give over abnormal coloring or appearance.

Caffine isn't so hot for people with high blood preasure to begin with.... Some people have a complete opposite effect too.... where "most" people would likely jitter their teeth out with caffine.... others fall asleep....

Add to the fact that adding surgar and having diabetes (which many people have without realizing it...)... lots of different circumstances

aah right yeah I forgot caffeine was a diaretic no wonder it was making me look unhealthy lol, It's probably got something to do with my incessant coding I've been doing lately as well, I'm amazed my eyes aren't knackered.

I spend all afternoon and often into the night driving for work then I come home and carry on coding so it goes from headlight glare to monitor glow, gotta suffer for your art though :P

Interesting to note.. canada quite often doesn't get much for snow.... norther states do.... further north generally gets far less..

And we are lucky if we have snow for christmas.... at least to stick around..

the last 4 years have been relatively snow free.... which sucks...

It's not global warming, like he said, the far north gets little snow and it's hardly warm. If I remember right, Antarctica is the continent with least precipitation (but what falls, stays).
