Sorry to burst your bubble PJ, but to be honest, I really don't like Evanescense. They're a bit too.....I don't know, too much for me.

The mixture of the sweet voice and super rocking guitars sadly has the opposite effect on me that it has on you. (I think)

They're kind of like butt-rock with a black-metal edge and a chick singer. You'll like it if you like darker music like Therion or Venom, old-school metal stuff.

ummm, sounds like pop rock to me... doesnt sound much heavier, or black-metal... is pretty weak imo

the chick is great heard 1 song A++++ heard others and wasn't as impressed

Definitely awesome.

I discovered them like two weeks ago.. a little diversification's good, I've been stuck on Symphony X for the last 6 months.

I saw it, very cool. However, I downloada the new album yesterday. what a load of garbage

I am so disappointed. I really wanted something more like the Chainheart Machine or Natural Born Chaos and they give us numetal....

Also check out Disarmonia Mundi. Its got Speed from Soilwork on Vocals and it it amazing
