..This is a favorite of mine I use all the time. As a young"er" proffesional I like to tell some of the hotshots older guys who are working below me this. They hear the first sentence and act like, "Hell ya and don't you forget it" then they hear the last part and usually walk away with a grumble, mumbling something under thier breath...
