um are you in the states? or even own a tv? turn it on the news

becouse it been all over the news they have him for hours...btw he killed a (fedral) judge, the balif, the court reporter, shot others he assulted and card jacked serveral individuals and.... he killed a homland securty #2 in the state (fedral agesnt, specail agent incharge, immigration and something else0 and jacked his car

this man with out any doubt will be put to death....

yeah im in the states, i woke up a little while ago and saw this in the paper. Havent turned on a tv yet tho

it's just scary that he got away from a courthouse. Why wasnt he handcuffed when he escaped? The judge had specifically asked for extra security, probably because he was the judge of Nichol's previous case. Sad and insane....

I live in atlanta

He shot the judge and bailiff dead, injured the deputy (whose gun he stole and did the shooting with), ran out, shot another deputy, got in a green honda civic, later killed a US Immigration/Customs Agent and stole his truck, which was found at the apartment where he surrendered to the SWAT team.

As per the death penalty, probably...but I also wouldn't be surprised if he got life in the fed without perole.

Another win for those who evangelize that guns increases public safety. Usually the same who think that the police should be more heavily armed. That would have played out real dandy in this case...
