This happened weeks ago in the UK, apparently its just filtering out now to other countries.

The guy involved has mental issues and should have been on medication to balance out his mind, he wasnt taking it, and instead went on a drinking binge. This binge coupled with the fact he has mental issues resulted in him deciding that cutting off his family jewels was a good idea.

I bet it really hurt though, have any of you ever accidentally taken a knock in the balls? you can easily throw up from that pain, god knows what this felt like.
