That's pretty sad, but what's even sadder is that it happens all the time, people steal other people's work all the time. In my university people are even beginning to do all the courses they can from all sorts of faculties coz they don't want to have to confer with someone when they're doin some kind of research in future, and they trade a degree with a lot of strong points in it for a really watery one to do this, as they think their work may be stolen by their partners maybe in future.

The current issue is under investgation just to clear it up. Anir is an old former staff who left behind and he's looking for revenge. He flooded our Forums and got banned for it.

He has posted a personal insults. I have any no problems with the discussion about the Kernel driver or the project. but I do have a problem with a personal insults about me and my Family.

If his post stays I will have no choice and to take a legal action for a slander.

We already contacted the original author to clear it up and and we already contacted Anir's ISP and Webhost to handle these Personal insults.

Hey dude, just so you know, it's not that I "believe" you and your allegations and side with you, just thought I'd calm you down so you didn't go on about it any longer, coz lately they've been so many finalists in my university running around complaining that their stuff's been stolen, just wanted to say IOW, that's life, if you think something's been stolen from you even if it hasn't, then just go on and do something else, if at all you did the initial thing at first in the first place.

I dont have any problem with his claims. That's the freedom of speech. He's insulting someone personally and That's Unacceptable.
How you would feel if someone will flame you and your brother in the personal form?

P.S.
He's entire claims is a nonsense. for Example:
- "REGENERATION" does neither have the permission to distribute noR to modify it
* REGENERATION is not the author. He's just the website owner. There are many other projects like: Glonim, Being distributed and supported there.

Yeah, I agree. The link he posted here will probably be removed, but how bout those other forums he posted that stuff on, have you complained to the admins there to have the stuff removed? I agree with you, insulting another person's family can not be tolerated, but the stuff can still be read by other people even if the link here is removed.

Something must be done at the root of a problem as well to ensure that it isn't a problem anymore you see.

god this is so lame. Sorry but we went over this months ago in tons of flame threads. Reg's innocence has already been proven and people are just out to get him lately. I mean yeah he rubs some people the wrong way, but hes not a theif. People...please...just drop it.

Btw the NGO patch is freakin awesome. I love it. It works beautifully in my computer and keeps things running cool.

Note:

Anir is a former staff member and he got kicked because he rejected to move from TC to NGOHQ. he used to manage the USB patch and He already knows how the "business" is working there. He knows that for every 3rd Project there is a Project manager like he used to be.

I dont care He's claims anything but I dont like to see Personal and Unprofessional Insults and ridiculous theories against me and my Family.

He's also Leaking Important Private Information.

Since the Original author has been drafted to the army he abandoned the project. (As you can see..) The Only changes maded recently is the text replacement from NGO to TC and from TC to NGO.
I already contacted the author and he will be here in the weekend to clear it up (For the second time)
