Photoshop assistance needed. I need someones help with this!

I have a little project that I am working on and sadly photoshop (for some sick reason) will NOT operate on my computer.

I was wondering if there was someone on this forum would be willing to help me with a TOP SECRET project. I believe it will be simple and the rewards(lots of laughing) will be great. Its just one picture modification so anyone with good photoshopping skills(I need it to look good) please PM me and I will give you the details.

Remember, this is TOP SECRET!

edit: It appears that someone has stepped up to the plate. Assuming all goes well, you will all see the fruits of our labor very soon. Prepare to be amazed!
