Reality shows in UK

I am absolutely sick of the reality show genre here in the USA, its just the same ole excrement over and over again. I am curious if there are any good reality shows in the UK. Something interesting and break from the crap I see here. Any suggestions folks, because I only see Surreality shows here...they absolutely suck IMO.

No different here.we get more than enough reality trash on tv like Big Brother...what the attraction to this is beyond me.

we even getting an increase in celebrity reality programs to,would not be so bad if these were known celebs.For example:

Rebeca Loos claimed she had an affair with David Becham (she were his P.A) at the time....Now tv presenter & frequent celeb tv contestant.

Major Charles ingram (i think thats his name) Winner of who wants to be a millionaire,then later proved to be a cheat in court (Friends in audience coughing when he read out the correct answer on several occasions) then appearing on tv programs.

Abbi Titmus sleeps with a known tv celeb and is now a celeb herself??

So the is no difference here,it all adds to the fact that brittish tv is absolutely crap.

GOD I love that show. I bought the entire series on DVD. BEST british show I've seen in a very long time.
