HMM, thanks to all replies on copyright THREAD, Much appriciated

Well now we're into another level.
We've entered " The Canadian Songwriters Competition "
Still working on MIXING, DRUMS in particular, hmm

Keep in mind two guys recorded this, no samples, no fake drums
This was recorded for the contest, short notice, just over 3 weeks, for recording and final mix, closed Dec 6th.

We actually , won't release this on local radio stations, until WERE HAPPY with the content and MIX, LOL

Sure mate, but I don't understand what to listen, can you be more specific?

We have very similar backgrounds, I'm an EE (1990) and have been playing bass and gutar in several bands for years, so I'm VERY interested to hear you - I mean it.

Actually the link to station names was included beceause we signed a waver allowing Rain to be aired on these stations at any time.

Any members within theses area, should be able to hear it, on these stations, Some will have set times to play this material.
As for members in other countrys, etc. An Inet radio tuner would be the only way they could hear it.

We registered in Ottawa , at "The Bear", and the Regional part of the contest ends in Jan.
The national contest starts then, and at this point the other stations will be involved, I think.

At this point, I'm not permitted to broadcast it in any other way, until the contest closes. Would mean disqualification.

I know its goofy, but its all I can provide for now.
I'll update this info, as we move further into the contest

Hey, good luck.

I live in Romania, so there's no chance I can hear it (IN radio is also not an option for me).

When the contest is over maybe you can make an mp3 available, low bitrate so id doesn't get air without your consent... but such that one can hear the music.

What type of music are you in?

All types, from Heavy Metal to Blues, Been doing nothing but writing for the last 10 years, Got sick of the bar circuit Bout then
very frustrating.

Sorry guys, I wish to close this thread for now, if I can.
Seems our song won't be played on those stations, until regional competiton is final !!

What I will do at that time is arrange a link so all my DH freinds can have a listen, will be a none downloadable link, or it wont happen, I'll check with the STAFF on this
