List here what music you think should not be classified as music (not the music you hate)

Also list what ever Bands, albums, and/or songs that do not qualify also.

Rap (pertaining to after the first couple of year when it was starting out)

Emo

Screamo

Ska

Punk (Punk is not rock, its just power chords + singers who haven't hit puberty)

Hardcore (no rythm no music)

Black Metal, Death Metal (best guitarists meet worst singers + a drummer who has been playing for 3 months)

New Rock

Thats all that I can think of for now

so yeah music is music and as much as i hate to say: by definition rap would be music.

and if anything shouldnt be called music put: POP up there puke

its our taste, i mainly prefer rap (hardcore stuff) but i wont discredit any of those since i like some music from every genre

Not all rap is degrading to women. To say it is, is the equivilent of saying all country songs are about getting drunk, losing your woman, having your truck stolen, and having your dog die. On the good side, if you play that backwards, you get it all back. What ever happened to the days of "Sex, Drugs, and Rock-n-Roll"?
Now days, most (not all) music is an outlet of each particular artist's view of society and how it's effected them. Albeit, in the end, it's all about the dollar, and less about getting a point across. Some artists just use shock lyrics to sell. Don't all kids listen to what they know their parents hate?
