Well my computer chair that I've had for about 4 years finally broke.. It was a bad design, the arms
were not connected to the back like the new one.. that was the weak spot, where the back was connected to the bottom seat.. It finally cracked the wood it was bolted to and the back just flopped backwards. Had to use Velcro, towels, and pillows and crap to even make it usable. (pillows and towels not in pics) Anyway got this new one today.. huge upgrade! -Pic right after I put it together..

In the condition it ended up in? Only a few months.. I had it for more than 4 years though. It actually worked the way it was sort of, I had
the back all strapped to the arms with this fabric with Velcro on it- (form a medical facility, not sure what it was).. Plus I had pillows on the back so the chair back was upright. I have a bunch of other kitchen chairs with padded seats and whatnot I could have used too.. and and older office type chair. I just kept trying to use that one. But it's time for the junk-yard now.

Thanks... A problem I am having is that it is a little too tall.. I am going to need to get some spacers under my desk now.. It must be a good 2 or 3 inches taller than the old one at it's lowest height.

[ot:] yep.. the S-PVA panel is actually great for gaming (dunno if you game). It feels like a TN+ 8ms, ie no trailing. Gets a bit warm, but actually dell (and panel maker) improved on this since the 2405 (less power consump.) And colors are awesome compared to basically all 19" TFT.
One more while you wait..

The Siemens phone is connected to my Siemens ISDN DECT PABX and the Panasonic goes to the AVM Fritz!Box WLAN Fon 7050 for SIP.

Left : IBM 400hmz lappy (nothing but an effects processor for my bass guitar)
Right : Powerbook G3 400mhz (bought it in high school, was one of the best comps money could buy at the time, and i was young and dumb) Middle: Desktop PC Missing : Current Laptop (has usurped the Powerbook's spot on the desk) Also Missing : More beer bottles, more soda cans, overflowing ash tray, randomly strewn psp/ds/ipod/pda junk
