Deeply Disturbing Optical Illusions

http://members.cox.net/lxix/ithurts/

It really does hurt... my eyes are going to be taking a break from the computer after this one... WOW I never knew it was actually physically possible to give someone a headache and sore eyes with just a few .gifs...

If you don't want to look over the dozen of em, here are the two best

http://members.cox.net/lxix/ithurts/11.html

The dots are only where you are looking - did you notice that

http://members.cox.net/lxix/ithurts/6.html

This is physically painful moire distortion, caused by your eyes and your willingness to click on my links

ToshiroOC

Hope you enjoy these

Well fornicatachnid, that last one was the most impressive, and the first one looks like one of the earlier posted ones - very cool. I think that its a wonderful example of how its so easy to fool humans and their eyes

Well, if you seriously can't figure it out, I'll spoil it for you Though I really think its more mind-jolting than anything else... in other news, I recently thought of making escalators out of mobius strips. That way you could get even wear on the surface, couldn't you? Has someone done this before?

Good idea, they have been used to make Conveyor belts before

Oh, very cool... but yet again, someone thought of it before me, and didn't ask permission to use my idea oh well, one of these days I'll think of something insanely cool that no-one else has already thought of/patented

I could say something terribly biting about religion and the blind following of the masses, but I think I'm going to save it for our next big debate on the topic Java
