First snow in two years for me (56k warning)

The first snowfall for two years for me (nottingham uk) and expecting more over the next 48hours..

I saw it before... Well guess what, it's snowing at my place too! Got 5cm so far!

I spent the whole day shoveling snow in the yard and cought a cold. Damn it.

But it's nice to look out of the window as everything is white.

we just got slushy snow. didn't settle just made the ground wet.

it were working fine when i posted the thread....now edited my first post and it will now only show as a link..

which is the very same one as i posted as a img tag... strange... i have been having this trouble over the last couple of days... sorry for this guys i'm looking into it at the moment.

That's pretty mig. It looks like the scenes behind the flats in coronation street (which is as close to europe as i've ever been, unfortunately).

Image should now be visable (much thanks to Falstaff for the pm) and a link to photobucket.. Have to make an account with them soon enough..

My prediction (even with forcasts is correct) the snow is gradually increasing.... as i do have a contrasting photo (at night) so id don't show as good as could be due to lighting.You can just about make out this is the same pic from earlier.My flash on my camera done it's best to highlight as much as possible from the upstairs window...

I sure wish I could get excited by snow... here we get excited when we actually get sun... in the summer.
