Paul Dell Talks About Dell Inc. Strong Arm @ DailyTech

Is it just me, or does it seem like corporations sometimes enjoy picking on the little guy? We earlier posted an article that mentioned that Paul Dell, owner of DellWebSites, is being targeted by Dell Inc. The computer company claims that (Paul) Dell is committing "an act of parasitism" and creates "a risk of confusion" for consumers, according to Dell attorneys. He has been summoned to stand before the Tribunal de Grande Instance Paris because of the charges.

Paul actually was targeted by Dell several years ago in 2002, but the company backed away after it was clear Paul Dell wasn't going to throw in the towel. He is being sued for $120,000 in damages to Dell America, $60,000 to Dell France, each remaining Dell company $48,000 and $600 for each time the word Dell is used on his web site.
