Pre-modified cases have taken on a whole new direction since being launched into the mainstream consumer market in the past few years. Manufacturers have been busy offering a wide array of cases that cater specifically to the gaming community. One significant change in the pre-mod market has been the introduction theme based cases. Most theme based cases often include bundled fancy lights, side panel window designs, integrated monitoring controls and cool aesthetics. NZXT based out of Taipei, Taiwan developed a significant reputation for developing gaming cases that combine unique design, style and personality. Following on the success of the Crafted Series style of cases, the company has recently developed a new chassis marketed under the Classis Series banner. Today in the MTB Labs, we will be evaluating the Lexa Aluminum Mid-Tower Case, a pre-modified light weight chassis that contains silent cooling properties and unique features all-in-one package.
