DH Review: Noctua Coolers
"As you can see in the above charts the coolers from Noctua proved to be very good performers, the NH-U9 managed to keep up with the XP120 using a slow spinning 92mm fan while the XP 120 used the bigger (more powerful) 120mm fan. The NH-U12 was even more impressive, outperforming the XP 120 by 5° using the same fan is outstanding!"

Nice review as always and WOW that cooler is a monster
Great performance and that with a slow fan? Imagine a Delta or something

Both the coolers are excellent performers, the NH-U12 actually made me ditch my watercooling (asetek kit). The difference in temps are negligable...

After reading several reviews, I decided the NH-U9 would work great for my needs.
I checked out the UK Quiet PC site: http://www.quietpc.com/us-en-usd/manufacturers/noctua NH-U12 $59.30 NH-U9 $51.80 There is a US Quiet PC site also: http://www.quietpcusa.com/ I e-mailed the US site today for some info. This is what I got back: Quote:

I've decided to wait for it to show up on the US site and then think about it.
