I just uninstalled IE7 beta preview and rebooted. IE6 is working normally. Windows install is not hosed in any way. Time to install the new build.

**EDIT** Installed the new IE7 and it's working fine as well.

The first issue is really easily fixed by updating the user agent string... i can send you a registry entry if you want.

The uninstall for IE7 is smoother and more issue free than any other version i've used. Just go to add remove programs, tick show windows updates and select to uninstall iE7. Its designed to be easily uninstalled so i dont know what happened to yours...
