No verdict reached Friday in Rambus-Hynix patent case

Jury deliberations will continue next week in the patent case involving Rambus and Hynix, as no verdict was reached on Friday, according to a Rambus representative.

Closing arguments were heard Thursday in the latest episode of Rambus' extended legal drama. This time, Hynix is in the crosshairs for making memory chips without a license for technology patented by Rambus.
