Sony Expects a Hot Start for PlayStation 3

Sony expects its upcoming PlayStation 3 console to be out of the starting gate more quickly than Microsoft's Xbox 360, it said today.

The company, which recently pushed back the launch of its console to November, said it expects sales during the first four to five months after launch to be about 6 million units.

Lol....I will buy Wii. Fuxx PS3 and Xbox. Wii is the true next gen!!!

Well I really don't like sony. First off I have a xbox 360 and I think it's perfect for me. I know Sony is packing the PS3 with a lot of other things to do than play games. First off I don't really care about the movies,music or anything like that (thats why I have a dvd player). I just want to play games. I really care about how it looks and most imporant is the game play.

I reason why I never bought the ps2 is because I could not use the controller for more than a half hour before my hands cramped up. I don't even have big hands.

Another reason why I hate sony is because they try to rip of the customer as much as they can down to the last penney. Why is it that both ps1 and ps2 both had only 2 main controller slots? Is it because they only think you have one friend, or is it becasue they want you to spend $30+ on a dumb ass multi tap? I have never looked back after buying the Nintendo 64 and Xbox. Both of those systems had 4 controller ports and were cheaper. Plus everything else that you could add on was not that much.

So after those years it has led me to hate sony and I will never buy a TV console from Sony.

I will not lie about this. What I do find cool is that if it's true the ps3 can support duel HD TV gaming and up to seven controllers. And it says it has 2 hdmi ports and it's about time Sony gets it right and lets more than 2 people play out of the box. I can see two standard tv's but really how many people have 2 HD tv's they can just mount side by side??? lol o well maybe in the future.

P.S. I did in fact buy a PSP but thats only becasue I wanted a mp3 player with speakers and a function to play videos! Of course now they have the Ipod video but again I don't like apple as well.
