Over the last few weeks I've been working on a longer write-up that was slated to address one central question: should you consider buying 802.11n products right now? Then the vendors and the spec people had to go and ruin that by making the question much easier to answer. Strap in for the essential details, but I'll give you the short answer right now: no, you should not buy 802.11n "draft spec" products unless you know exactly what you're doing. And even then, you should think twice.
