The long awaited nForce 2 chipset by Nvidia is finally here in full force, and just about ever manufacturer, even those that produce ATI based graphics cards are coming out with their own flavors of the nForce 2 platform. The nForce 2 platform has gotten the hardware enthusiast's attention for a few reasons, including dual channel DDR that gives maximum memory bandwidth of 6.4GB/s. Also supported by the nForce 2 chipset is AGP 8X ability, offering up to 2.1GB/s of bandwidth.
