Motorola to offer even slimmer phone

Motorola plans a new range of slim cell phones next year, the head of its cell-phone division said on Wednesday.

Ron Garriques, who heads Motorola's biggest division, said the range would be called the Scpl, pronounced "scalpel." He did not give any details beyond describing the phones as thinner and with five features that would stand out from rival phones.

well 2/10th of cell phones space is actully the phone, it's all airspace and clearance.
The flater the phone the easier to brake
