OTTAWA, June 29 (Reuters) - Graphics chip designer ATI Technologies Inc. said on Thursday it swung to a quarterly profit from a year-ago loss but forecast fourth-quarter sales below expectations, citing PC market weakness.

Markham, Ontario-based ATI projected fourth-quarter revenue of $620 million to $660 million, with gross margin at 31 percent to 31.5 percent.
