Investors sue Apple over stock option grants

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Apple Computer Inc. said on Wednesday two lawsuits have been filed against the company in federal district courts in Northern California over its awarding of stock option grants.

The lawsuits were filed in the Northern District of California and the Superior Court for Santa Clara County and make claims against current and former officers and directors, the company said in a statement.
