No on their 10-K form they claim they are not a shell company and list their business address as One AMD Place, Sunnyvale, California

Also, the delay of Vista could possibly postpone the R600 release, since they want them released at relatively the same time

If R600 is stable and faster than competition i will possibly give ATI a second chance
oooppss I mean AMD

Lets see if these merge will make ATI-AMD a Graphic Leader or put EX-ATI straightly to the bottom
