THQ Being Investigated by SEC

___________ THQ today revealed that it has "received an informal inquiry from the Securities and Exchange Commission requesting certain documents and information relating to the company's stock option grant practices from January 1, 1996 to the present." Similar investigations over stock options are ongoing at other video game companies as well, including Take-Two Interactive and Activision. |
