For some years now, MSI has been known in the enthusiast circles for their commitment to quality workmanship and unbridled performance. Their motherboards seem to always have just the right mix of performance potential and stability, making for an enjoyable run for the money. Their latest motherboard creations incorporate NVIDIA’s nForce2 SPP chipset (no GPU on chip), and are sure to please even the most hardcore enthusiast.
NVIDIA’s nForce2 chipset offers support for the latest technologies including 400 MHz DDR, Dual Channel memory bus, AGP 8x, and all AMD CPUs up to and including the AMD Barton processor. The MSI K7N2 sports some pretty beefy features as well, such as 10/100 fast Ethernet, 5.1 channel sound output with optical out, 4 integrated USB 2.0 ports with the option of adding an 2 additional ports through onboard headers, serial and parallel ports, 2 PS/2 ports, and the D-Bracket2 with integrated diagnostic tool. --By Morry Teitelman, source: [H]ardOCP Article can be read here. |

MSI has always been one of my favorites. The only thing that I have seen out of MSI here lately is the move to lower voltages. (doesnt mean that the board cant be tweaked for more voltage
)
