Gameblog and sometimes consumer watchdog Kotaku points to Circuit City's latest attempt to part fools and their money. Circuit City's pitch is that for $28.99 they will rig up your Xbox 360 so that you can play your Xbox games on Microsoft's next-gen platform.

You know, play the games on your 360 that autoupdate if you connect the system to the Internet and then let you play them on your own, free of charge? Yeah, that's what they are offering consumers -- and for under thirty bucks! Such samaritans.
