Nvidia to release an AGP version of GeForce 7300GT

We have learned that the Nvidia Corporation is planning to launch an AGP version of GeForce 7300GT in the near future. The GeForce 7300GT has already attracted much attention due to its performance and low price point – you can read our review here. Nvidia still believes in the AGP market and a survey we made back in March proves that. We assume that the rational behind this decision is to intercept ATi’s upcoming response to the GeForce 7600 GS AGP.

According to sources the GeForce 7300GT AGP will be using the HSI AGP Bridge like the 7600GS and 7800GS. However, Since Nvidia has already added support for this card in ForceWare 91.48, and there are already a few stores in Asia that are selling this card already; we can assume that the official release is very close.
