EW YORK (Reuters) - Chip maker Freescale Semiconductor Inc. said on Friday it agreed to be bought for $17.6 billion, or $40 a share in cash, by a private equity consortium led by Blackstone Group, in what could be the biggest leveraged buyout of a technology company.
