HannStar will start shipping 19-inch monitor panels to Dell in the fourth quarter of 2006, with monthly shipments of 100,000 units, according to sources.

The Taiwan-based panel maker passed verification by Dell in the beginning of September, the sources indicated.

In an April 3 article, the Chinese-language Commercial Times quoted industry sources as saying HannStar has begun supplying 19-inch panels for Dell.
