This has been, btw, the norm for almost all of China, Thailand, and Korea for quite a loooong time now. WiFi access is everywhere over there, WiFi phone acces for at least a year now, and the only reason it has been a long time coming over here is money. Specifically, the LOSS of money from companies pockets, or at least the "idea" that they would lose money. Stupid thing is that these companies never could STILL charge money for it's use. A fact they could never get through their thick hides.
