LONDON (MarketWatch) -- French electrical-equipment group Schneider Electric on Monday agreed to buy American Power Conversion Corp. for $6.1 billion in cash to become the world's No. 1 provider of gear that protects computers, factories and key facilities against power outages.

i'm happy as long as the supply remains or gets better and there quality follows suit as well.
