If you've ever shopped on Newegg.com (who hasn't?) you're bound to have seen them. Rosewill here, Rosewill there, Rosewill everywhere. About the only other place you can find Rosewill products are on Chiefvalue.com. Most of their offerings seem to be geared towards the budget minded purchaser, and sometimes there's a tendency towards lower quality in budget categories. Is that the case here? Well, let's back up a bit and tell you a little about why we're reviewing Rosewill products today.
