Review: MODTHEBOX
________________
It feels like many years have passed since the pre-mod shockwave traveled through the mainstream PC marketplace. At the epicenter of this blast, was PC cases; with side windows, paint jobs, extra cooling and a list of other factory features not before seen on a retail case. Other PC devices and peripherals emerged from this force as it swept through the industry. UV reactive motherboards, fan-bus controllers, LED fans and illuminated ATA cables are but a few products that have been spawned by the pre-mod explosion. Today, aftershocks of that same bang still echo around the globe, as wild pre-mod designs emerge from the Power Supply sector of Personal Computer peripherals. One such product looks to be leading the way, the Iceberg Power by Apevia. Today in the MTB Labs, we will be evaluating this new 680W pre-modded power supply.
