Affected by product delays and other issues, Blu-ray still has not outperformed HD DVD format amid higher amount of movie studios and consumer electronics companies that support the standard backed by Sony. To date, HD DVD still enjoys larger amount of players on the marker and significantly more considerable amount of content.

The author needs to do his research better. Universal is not a supporter of Blu-ray. HD-DVD prices are 20-30 dollars not 20-25. ie http://www.amazon.com/Superman-Retur...?ie=UTF8&s=dvd If anything prices are around the same.

Blu-Ray sounds like ultraviolet rays that need to be blocked with sunglasses or sun screen or Blu-blocker.
