TVTool is a program that has proven very useful to NVIDIA owners who use the TV-out function on their cards. The developer has announced that version 7.0 of the software is close to final and should be released within the next month.
Slowly the end of the development of TVTool 7.0 is in sight. In that version nView (formerly called TwinView) will be supported on GF2-MX and GF4 cards. This is probably interesting especially for GF2-MX card owners as the standard graphics card drivers don“t offer any overscan support (fullscreen without black borders). Also digitally connected (DVI) flat panel displays will be supported, as well as notebooks with GF2Go chips. This version should be available within this month.
and one more piece of news from 3dchipset.com is
Unwinder, the creator of RivaTuner, has made a couple posts in the Guru3D forums talking about how ATI is coding methods of blocking software Radeon 9x000 mods.
