Despite her disabled mom's claims of innocence, The Recording Industry Association of America is insisting on deposing a 10-year-old girl in Atlantic v. Andersen, in Oregon. Tanya Andersen, 42, lives on Social Security disability assistance. Her child was 7 years old at the time of the illicit downloading alleged by the RIAA.

anyone want to help me organise a website to handle donations and stuff?

i want to get the money to these people getting sued by the RIAA so a massive Class action can be launched against it.

o, know its like what the hell were they downloading and from where? i can guarentee there are thousands of people downloading thousands of different types of media from thousands of places.......WTF

well I'd like to see them punished for their actions, against privacy, thing they do and contract others
to do that are against the LAW and all ISPs T.O.S. , not to mention lobbing for lesser royalties for the
artists. For starters, add the bullying and legal tatics and thats right thier scum and some how "above the law"
