Richfield (MN) - We are used to seeing Geek Squad agents inside of Best Buy stores, but the company is now trying out locations inside dozens of Fedex/Kinkos locations. According to a Best Buy representative, “fully functional” Geek Squad precints are operating inside of Fedex stores in Indianapolis Indiana and Charlotte North Carolina. Representatives were tight-lipped about whether this pilot program, informally dubbed “Project Xerox”, would eventually expand nationwide.

Some of the people in the "geek" "squads" aren't very great, no different then some computer techies that you can find working in the back with little to no knowledge at all about the basic workings and diagnostics of the machines.....

it's kinda sad....

thank God...this has been a long time coming and welcome by me, I use FEDEX Kinkos all the time and I enjoy having someone there for me to fix my F" ups.
